EOY Reflection

This year has been amazing, like camp in the start and now the end of year fun day.But the most exciting thing I will remember for the rest of my life is camp.Because it was very adventurous calm and 100% fun.The most challenging goal for 2016 is listening to others and showing others how to do the right thing.

Dream job compition

Just last week we entered a competition it was called the dream job competition.what we had to do was make up a job that we would love to do in the future.if one of us around NZ won we could win a 5000 holiday package and a flash Toshiba laptop for your teacher.I did making humanoid robots so your every day life will be better and friendlier

Swimming Pool

I think wee should we should keep the school swimming pool because water world lesson are really expensive  like $115 a term and i know that some families can't afford that so that is why i think we should keep our school swimming pool.

Fruit Kebabs

On Friday last term we had fruit kebabs.We were told to be in groups of four or five.Just before that we had a quiz.And luckily my group won some marshmallows.Next we got all the stuff ready for the treat and in no matter of time we were eating them.I really enjoyed that day because we even got chocolate sauce.How awesome.

My Habitat Box

A habitat box is a shoebox or a box with a animals habitat                                                                       In our habitat box we had to chose a animal out of the big five animals of Africa.The African Leopard African elephant,African lion Cape buffalo. My habitat box was about a African elephant.In my scene I had shown that a group of elephants have had a drink of water and now are walking back.The hardest part was to place my animals in the right position.I am really proud of my background because I have put a good one.

Production 2015

In this years production I was in the Indian group our theme was a Indian wedding the character that I was playing was the groom. Who was wearing really fancy clothes. I most enjoyed the part when we all started to sing kiwi kids are rocking because it was really catchy. For next time if the production happens I suggest the theme should be ghosts that go to a different planets and do dancing and impress the aliens. The most I enjoyed in my part of the production at dancing because I really enjoy dancing.

Our school production

For the production this year our topic is cultural and I am in the Indian group.

In the production I am playing the role as a groom.In the production we will be acting traditional Indian wedding so in the start the groom will propose and then the father will deiced yes/no.And finally the wedding. I am looking forward to the dance because I am really great at dancing.The most nervous part will be the wedding because i will have to perform a fake marriage in front of 300 people and some kids.

Friendship boxes are a box that has all the wonderful letters that has letters from our classmate .It is a box with a small slit like letter box.We use it for giving people lovely and hart warming letters .The trickiest part was when folding the template with the glue stick in one hand and the template Inthe other.

Seven Sharp interview last wednesday

Last Wednesday Doug Wilson came to our class to talk about our new book Don't mess with these kids and talk about the sequel that he was going to do in the future .while that was happening the seven sharp crew was filming our whole class and our year six's from last year.the most exciting thing i found was when we got our own book with our names in it.one thing that i learn't was that the cameraman Dave loved saying cool banana's.one part i liked was when we were on TV because you can't just be on TV every day and in fact that is life time chance.one thing i will
 remember my whole life is the book because it has my official name in it.

Seven sharp is coming to Room14 to talk about how our book from last year was created an ask few questions to Room14 and Doug Wilson.about how our relationship got created.
the author of our book is Mr Doug Wilson .he has created 4 books three based on a character.the first one was Tom Hassler and the rats of Droolmaon cave the second one was Tom Hassler and the giant razor sharped Granopitrix the third was Tom Hassler and the whale killers.And lucky last the snake haven.the title of our new book is don't mess with these kids,this book is about Room14 going to camp but the bus doesn't come to pick them up so they have to find there way back.
 one thing I am looking forward to this interview is talking on air and meeting Mr Doug Wilson.

100 word challenge

I was horrified as I was on a enormous stump bigger than me!.As I looked up I saw a gigantic bird " help! Help",I yelled out loud to my mate.No I don't want to die it am to young.In that very moment the bird picked me up in his beak and took of. I did't know what to do.I was just a miniature.My hands where the size of a ant.I couldn't do anything first of all I was stuck with this smelly old bird.Hmm! When was the last time he had a shower I wondered.

This week we have created the field of remembrance.
because to remember the poor souls that died at Gallopli in 1915.
So that"s why we made these crosses.It was easy and sad.
